Internationalisation Finance Scheme
Offered in conjunction with IE Singapore, ORIX Leasing Singapore Limited provides Singapore-based companies seeking to expand internationally with financing for their overseas projects.
The Internationalisation Finance Scheme is a Government financing scheme administered by International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore) to assist Singapore-based companies in expanding into overseas markets.
The purpose of the scheme is to finance a Qualifying Borrower's fixed assets for use overseas, or to finance factories overseas, or to finance the working expenses of secured overseas projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Company must be Singapore-based registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and have at least 3 strategic business functions in Singapore.

the turnover of the applicant and its subsidiaries must not exceed the following:
- Non-Trading Companies - S$300 million
- Trading Companies - S$500 million

Overseas business must complement the Singapore company's core operations and result in economic spin-offs to Singapore.

Maximum loan quantum per borrower group of S$15 million.
